How to place an order?
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Great question! All of the items listed on our website are indeed available for purchase. However, we would like to inform you that each product is made for order(except the "Ready to ship" page). This means that we need up to 3 working days to make a product just for you(in some cases up to a week depends on the load).
We would also like to highlight that in case after you placed an order it appears that the type of leather you choosed is unavailable at the moment we will propose two options:
1. We can offer you other leather types that are currently available.
2. If you are comfortable waiting for about 1.5 weeks, we will order the leather that you originally wanted and make your accessory.
Apart from that, we have a section on our website called "Ready to Ship" that features all of our products that are available for immediate purchase. Feel free to check it out if you're interested in receiving your order quickly.
Also there is a possibility to add some notes for your orders, please feel free to use them in case you want your wallet/cardholder etc to be made from 2+ types/coloures of leather or any other information you'd like to share with us. To use this option please go to your cart(in case some products were already added there) and click on "Order special instructions".
